Attorney in Kennedy rape case says victims experienced ‘buyer’s remorse’

Colin Kennedy, a former Loyola student who was arrested in two alleged rape cases, was in court for a preliminary hearing earlier today.

Robert Kerr, Kennedy’s attorney, ‘contended that the alleged victims may have concocted their stories because they regretted having consensual sex.’

Kerr further alluded to the victims as experiencing ‘buyer’s remorse’ following the sexual interactions with Kennedy.
