Ingram Signs With Agency, Could Test NBA Draft

Hanako Maki | The PhoenixFormer Loyola swingman Donte Ingram averaged 11 ppg and 6.4 rpg last season en route to earning second team All-MVC honors.

Loyola men’s basketball senior forward Donte Ingram has signed with Edge Sports International, Inc., the agency announced on Twitter. Edge Sports International is a sports marketing group that represents athletes such as former Loyola guard Milton Doyle.

As a senior, Ingram is automatically eligible for the NBA Draft. Signing with Edge Sports doesn’t mean he will be entering the draft, but the agency views him as a “sleeper,” meaning he could fly under the radar with some teams. But, he could end up jumping in the mix, according to his agent, Keith Kreiter.

Ingram, who is one of 19 players in Loyola’s program history with more than 1,000 career points and 500 career rebounds, averaged 11 ppg and 6 rpg en route to second team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors this season.
