A man was charged in the criminal sexual assault and robbery of a woman on the Red Line Jan 2., officials said.
Antoine Jackson, 27, was charged with four felonies for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, attempted criminal sexual assault, robbery and aggravated battery, according to the press release from the Chicago Police Department.
Jackson was arrested on Jan. 22 on the 6700 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue, according to the press release.
Officials said the surveillance images of the attack helped detectives positively identify Jackson.
Jackson allegedly exposed himself, inappropriately touched the victim, then hit and robbed her, The Phoenix previously reported.
Jackson is being held with no bail in Cook County Jail and his next court date is Feb. 10, according to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
