A 32 year-old-male sustained a gunshot wound to the foot Thursday afternoon on the 1400 block of W. Arthur Ave., approximately a half mile from Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus, according to the Chicago Police Department.
32 Year-Old Shot in Broad Daylight Six Blocks From Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus
A 32 year-old-male sustained a gunshot wound to the foot Thursday afternoon on the 1400 block of W. Arthur Ave., approximately a half mile from Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus, according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
The victim was walking down the street at approximately 1:30 p.m. when a dark colored vehicle approached and an occupant inside fired shots, which struck the victim, according to CPD.
No suspects are currently in custody and Area Three detectives are investigating the incident, according to CPD.
