There’s an ongoing investigation on Lakeshore Campus regarding the theft.
Cudahy Library on Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus was burglarized by an unknown individual at approximately 5 a.m. Sept. 13, according to a crime alert sent to the Loyola community by Campus Safety Sept. 15.
Due to an active criminal investigation being completed by Campus Safety, no additional information is available as of Sept. 23, according to Chris Martin, head of access services and interim facilities coordinator.
The Chicago Police Department is aiding in the investigation, according to Martin.
