No one was injured after gunshots were heard early Sunday morning, Feb. 26 in the 1200 block of W. Devon Ave., according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
CPD said officers responded to reports of loud noise coming from the area, about two blocks from Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus, at approximately 2:24 a.m, and found multiple shell casings and a shattered window of a business nearby. The Phoenix identified Trilab Health, a COVID-19 testing center, as the affected business.

No suspect is in custody as an investigation into the incident by Area Three detectives remains ongoing, according to CPD.
